Age Concern Lyminge provides day care and other practical services for older people that assists them to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. We are partly funded by Kent County Council Social Services. We are also affiliated to Age Concern England but not funded by them.
Age Concern Lyminge believes that older people are entitled to the help they need to improve their own sense of well being, to promote independence and to have control of their own lives. These basic principals are built into any and all services provided by us for older people.
This web site is currently under construction. When complete it will contain information about all the services we provide. Each page is designed to print on a single A4 sheet of paper.
